1 - Privacy
1.1 We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. 2.2 Calendarimages.com images may be freely included in any commercial work but are not to be sold-on as part of an image distribution or calendar distribution service or as part of any service which may be construed to replace or undermine the service provided here.
2.3 The free images must not be cropped or edited in any way nor must any copyright messages be obscured.
2.4 The free images may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
3 - Uploaded gallery images
3.1 The composite image is the copyright of Lynchat Ltd. Notwithstanding this, the background images included in the free calendar image gallery remain the copyright of their respective owners.
3.2 Users proposing to upload images agree that they own all copyright and other rights to the uploaded image.
3.3 Users agree that uploaded images are licenced by them as copyright owners for the use of others as part of the calendarimages.com service without restriction of time or purpose and at no cost to the users and to the operator of the calendarimages.com service. No payment will be made for the use of any image.
3.4 Images to be uploaded are not to be of an offensive or illegal nature nor can they contain embedded text which could be interpreted as being offensive or illegal.
3.5 As images may be uploaded and downloaded by users without the intervention of the provider, it is not possible for the provider to be responsible for the content, source, ownership or other attributes of the uploaded or downloaded images nor for any consequence of their inclusion in the calendarimages.com service or their use by others.
3.6 Uploaded images may be automatically resized and their encoding type may be changed (e.g. from gif to jpg).
3.7 Deep linking to images is not allowed and any such linked images will not be automatically updated.
3.8 The provider of the calendarimages.com service may remove any uploaded image without notice at any time for any reason and may change the category from that to which the image is originally allocated.
3.9 An uploaded image can be removed at any time by its owner by following the procedure contained in the email automatically sent when the image was first loaded. Additionally, an uploaded image not previously removed by its owner will be automatically removed 60 days after uploading.
4 - Accuracy
4.1 Every care is taken to ensure that the calendars are accurate, however these are based on public-domain data and algorithms over which the provider has no control.

5.1 Advertisements on calendarimages.com screens are used to generate income from advertisers to support the calendarimages.com service.
5.2 The presence of a company's advertising on a calendarimages.com screen does not imply any connection with that company.
